SEE IT STYLED — A PRODUCT SHOWCASE
O’Connor Utilities, one of the UK’s key utility contract providers, needed a new flagship HQ that reflected their growth and stature. Habit Action were instructed to design and build a complete Cat A and Cat B transformation of the existing tired 3 storey office block.
The resulting space has the feel of a luxury hotel. A dramatic atrium complete with moss wall and cascading light feature greets staff and visitors upon arrival while the executive business lounge and bar has been designed to impress.
The interior design approach was expressed through a materials palette of warm colours and rich textures, bronze wire encased glazed fins have been used to divide spaces punctuated with Oran sofas in buttery tan leather.
Staff facilities include a fully equipped gym and a bright, homely kitchen and breakout space.
